Made to Order pieces - How it works:

Simply  select 'Request Made to order' and once you have checked out I will email you to ask what size you require and you can let me know your preference if there are varying options available (bunny dungarees). 

Please allow 7 working days, before shipping for Made to Order requests, to allow me time to purchase the fabric required if necessary and make your order. 

Vintage & pre-loved fabrics:

Please note I try to wash all fabrics if possible on a delicate cycle before construction. Due to the nature of the materials please hand wash if you can, spot cleaning is even better but machine wash with caution if you must.

The utmost care has been taken to avoid any stains or marks however in the case it is unavoidable I try my best to keep them on the back of the garment.

Returns and Exchange policy:

Due to the nature of my work creating One-of-a-kind and Made-to-order pieces I do not accept returns, I will offer an exchange should there be a reason that you wish to return your purchase or a 'store credit'. Thank you for your understanding. 

Postage and Packaging:

I will aim to post your order to you within 2 working days, in the event that I can't I will notify you. Your order will either be packaged in a compostable mailer bag or a recycled cardboard box. I will try my best to wrap in packaging sourced from charity shops, so whilst tissue paper and any other packaging will be new it will be more planet friendly.
